1994 saw Southwest Builders enter the new home market, working on duplexes and larger architectural designed homes. This was a significant step which in 1996 resulted in designing and constructing 10 homes that year, engaging engineers and architects and gaining valuable experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various suburbs of Sydney.

By 1999, Southwest Builders was in a position which provided opportunity to enter the Development Market and by 2001 they owned, developed and sold a major development project which proved enormously successful.

Southwest Builders have established close working relationship with Engineers and Architects, producing opportunity to expand the business into project management and the Construction of larger multi-story unit developments (value ranging from $1.8M - 6.5M).
